The University area is incredibly diverse. The residents range from students and professors to medical professionals to small business owners and retirees. The area is divided into two sections: UNM North refers to the area by the Medical and Law school, UNM South refers to the main campus where you will find more investment properties as well as opportunities for restaurants and shopping. UNM encompasses a wide range of neighborhoods including some of the most popular: Nob Hill, “Pill Hill,” Ridgecrest, Netherwood Park, Altura Park and Haines Park.
